Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, project management, or construction management.
• 3–5 years of project management experience; thorough understanding of project life cycle.
• 2+ years of PM experience in electrical construction (distribution/substation, renewables or related).
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic input with leadership on objectives and decisions affecting the business unit.
• Act as project leader for large electrical construction projects—scope, schedule, budget, safety.
• Coordinate project teams across office and field to ensure effective execution.
• Support preconstruction activities including estimating input and value engineering.
• Lead staffing, procurement planning, scheduling, and coordination with engineering and field teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting and change management.
