You will shadow, assist in supervision and technical management on construction sites from bid through closeout, and be responsible for project actions with oversight. Qualifications

• 5-year electrical apprenticeship or related bachelor's in construction management.
• 2–3 years' experience as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising construction sites under a Project Manager.
• Participate in bid preparation and job closeout documentation.
• Read and understand contract scope and change orders.
• Develop and track project budgets and costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
