Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Austin, TX seeks an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical Construction) to support complex commercial, healthcare and data center projects, coordinating schedules, costs and subcontractors under mentorship toward a PM role.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, safety compliance, and hands-on learning with Procore and Microsoft Office tools; prior electrical construction exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in construction project coordination or assistant PM roles.
• Electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of project controls and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with planning, execution, and successful delivery of electrical construction projects.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Maintain project records and assist with contract administration.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with field and office teams.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and support resolution efforts.
• Assist with monthly billings, job cost reporting, and project closeout documentation.
• Promote compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
