Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand contract scope limits and change orders.
• Lead pre-job meetings and prepare agendas.
• Develop and monitor manpower loading and scheduling.
• Set up and review job cost tracking and budgets.
• Oversee large purchase orders and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate production activities on-site.
