Job summary

SEC Group is seeking a Branch Manager for its Greater Austin operation. You will lead an established team of professionals, drive operational excellence, and shape the branch’s growth with accountability for P&L, staffing, and client relationships.

You will oversee project management, field leadership, and service operations, balancing construction and service work while driving profitability and ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in electrical contracting and construction.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational and financial performance.
• Budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, project costs and WIP reporting.
• Strong customer relationships and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations for construction, service and support teams.
• Own budgets, forecasts and profitability for the Austin branch.
• Develop Senior Project Manager and other key leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity and accountability across the team.
• Build relationships with customers, GC's, vendors and subcontractors.
