Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional BIM/CIM experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Proficiency with common data environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma).
• Proficiency with Navisworks or Revizto, including the ability to set up clash reports, rules, and selection sets.
• Proficiency with creating client audit reports and other deliverables.
• Understand project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination, and fabrication preferred.
• Proficiency with editing software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner.
• Ability to work independently, and to manage multiple tasks and projects under constant deadlines.
• Ability to receive guidance and direction from peers.
• Will not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (examples H-1B, L-1B, or other temporary visa status) to work for Jacobs in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAD/CIM/BIM/Digital Delivery execution across projects.
• Create and implement CAD/CIM/BIM/Advanced Modeling Execution Plans.
• Setup and review models for compliance with execution plans and standards.
• Support design package project deliveries.
• Identify, evaluate, and expand software/workflow efficiency with automation tools.
• Maintain BIM/CIM health, run clash reports, maintain issues log, and resolve issues.
• Support troubleshooting software issues and learning new tools.
