Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical BIM Designer to join the Data Center Design Engineering team. You will design electrical systems for Amazon Data Centers, create and maintain BIM models in Revit, and prepare construction documents for electrical building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities.
• 4+ years’ experience using Revit for producing Electrical engineering BIM models and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for Data Centers, using Revit to create BIM models.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to accomplish tasks.
• Develop and publish construction documentation for electrical building systems.
• Update models and construction documents and coordinate with engineering groups.
• Participate in design coordination meetings for clash detection and resolution.
