Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Coordinator II in Anaheim to coordinate project and REI standards with field supervision and project managers. You will ensure effective BIM integration, coordinate electrical systems, and support model accuracy across disciplines.

The role requires 3D coordination, strong 2D plan reading, and proficiency in Autodesk Navis/Glue, Design Review, and Revit MEP. This position offers an ESOP structure and competitive benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Electrical Apprenticeship or 5+ years in electrical construction with knowledge of symbols and drafting conventions.
Must complete REI's Revit fundamentals class.
Combination of education, training and relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Lead Modeler to develop model intelligence for standards or project needs.
Attend coordination meetings and document major changes.
Make minor adjustments in Revit per REI standards and input marked-up drawings.
Review project BIM requirements and assist with installation drawing schedules.
Document changes with cost or schedule impact and review change orders.
