Rosendin is seeking a BIM Coordinator I to support coordination efforts for project and REI standards on electrical construction projects. You will collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless BIM integration and model accuracy across revisions.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction, proficiency in 3D coordination, and fluency with Navis/Glue and Design Review. Occasional site work and 20% travel are anticipated.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical construction industry, with knowledge of electrical symbols.
Fluency in reading 2D plans and 3D coordination processes.
Proficient with detailing/coordination software and project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Participates as a member of the coordination team with field supervisors and project managers.
Coordinate electrical systems in projects and develop model intelligence with the Lead Modeler.
Attend coordination meetings and document changes affecting cost or schedule.
Review installation drawings prior to field issuance and manage project site uploads.
