• Lead technical recovery for difficult multi-system failures.
• Guide cybersecurity, remote support and lifecycle decisions.
• Mentor senior engineers and advise management on staff and tools.

Position Summary

Serves as Basaran Grinder's highest-level technicalauthority for electrical and automation engineering. This person guidesplatform architecture, standards, advanced development, and resolution ofsystem-level problems across multiple machine families.

Key Responsibilities

• Set long-term architecture for machine power, control panels, motion,safety, networks, robotics, diagnostics, and connected systems
• Make final technical recommendations on high-risk designs, controlplatforms, suppliers, and deviations from proven architecture
• Develop reusable standards, design rules, software and hardwarelibraries, review gates, and verification methods
• Lead technical recovery efforts for the most difficult intermittent,multi-system, or customer-critical failures
• Guide cybersecurity, remote-support, data-interface, obsolescence,serviceability, and lifecycle decisions
• Mentor senior engineers and advise engineering management on staffing,tools, technology, and program risk

Required Qualifications

• Recognized depth in industrial automation, CNC controls ( fanuc) , motionsystems, or machine electrical engineering
• Exceptional electrical fundamentals combined with strong hands-oncommissioning judgment
• History of solving difficult system-level problems and convertinglessons into durable standards
• Ability to evaluate competing architectures using safety, performance,reliability, cost, service, and schedule
• Ability to influence teams through technical credibility anddisciplined review

Preferred Experience ( 20+ years)

• Deep FANUC, Siemens, PLC, servo, industrial-network, robotics, orfunctional-safety expertise
• Experience developing electrical platforms for multipleengineered-to-order machine models
