Manhattan Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to help lead projects from direction through completion, focusing on owner and subcontractor relationships, budgeting, and safety compliance.

The role requires an electrical background, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, and at least four years of industry experience along with OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4 years of industry experience.
• Electrical background required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR Training.

Responsibilities

• Manage project direction, completion, and financial outcomes.
• Maintain owner and subcontractor relationships on assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor on-site staff and coordinate project schedules.
• Prepare and manage bid/price discussions and change orders.
• Coordinate project close-out, QA/QC, and delivery of close-out documents.
