Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience overseeing $20M+ projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from the field, ensuring compliance with NEC, safety policies, and OSHA.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the Sr. Project Manager to define goals and implement procedures.
• Financial & Change Management: Oversee contract financials and pricing for change orders to maximize profitability.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary representative in project meetings and labor negotiations, aiming to exceed client expectations.
