Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Production Technician in Fontana, CA. The role involves assembling panelboards/switchboards, testing units, and wiring using hand and power tools. You will help maintain quality and support lean initiatives.

The position offers competitive pay at $23.50 per hour, eligibility for a variable incentive program, and opportunities for cross-training across departments. Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

Experience in an assembly role using hand/power tools or completion of a 1-year technical school diploma
Must reside within 50 miles of the work location; no relocation offered
No sponsorship for immigration or related programs

Responsibilities

Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards per drawings and work instructions with hand/power tools
Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformity
Wire electrical wiring assemblies using wire strippers and pliers
Maintain progress and communicate shortages or issues
Support Lean 5S and cross-train across functions
