Job summary

FMM is seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our team in Louisiana. You will assist the lead Electrician with servicing, troubleshooting, and installing electrical components on commercial projects. Candidates should be able to read blueprints, use electrical testing equipment, and follow NEC codes.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations; learn client and company policy.

• Proficient with computers, text, and email.

Responsibilities

• Plan wiring layout and installation based on job specs and local codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and codes.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time and within budget.
