Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) is seeking motivated Electricians to join our team in Louisiana. You will service, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical components for commercial construction projects, adhering to local codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Strong safety protocol adherence and drug-free environment.
• Minimum 3 years in the electrical trade with NEC knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical codes, blueprints, schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with high/low voltage systems and commercial wiring.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring and fixtures per job specs and codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers and transformers; test systems for safety and function.
• Inspect and diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Install and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
