Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) in Louisiana seeks motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our team, supporting the lead Electrician on commercial projects. You will assist with wiring, testing, and installations per NEC codes and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment.
• Ability to follow client and company safety policies and NEC codes.

• Familiarity with reading electrical diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead Electrician with wiring, testing, and installation per specs and codes.
• Plan layout and install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers and transformers as needed.
• Test systems using meters and scopes to ensure safety and function.
• Inspect systems for hazards and compliance; maintain clean work area.
• Read blueprints and schematics; collaborate with other trades.
