Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) seeks motivated Electricians to join our team for commercial electrical work in Louisiana. The role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and installing electrical components on projects, following safety protocols and local codes.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of electrical trade experience, knowledge of NEC, and ability to read blueprints. The position requires on-site work and collaboration with other trades to ensure quality results.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the electrical trade and understanding of the craft.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and installation of wiring, equipment, or fixtures per job specs and codes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Test electrical systems or circuits for safety and functionality using testing devices.
• Use power tools and testing equipment appropriately on site.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards and code compliance.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time and within budget.
