Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hands-on automotive repair experience preferred.
• Experience with EV or hybrid repair is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
• able to operate in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles at service centers or in the field.
• Explain Rivian products, EV framework, tools and accessories.
• Follow repair procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Manage parts, orders, and inventory as needed.
• Document work and technical notes clearly for records.
