Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking an Apprentice Lineman A to join our field crew. This entry level position focuses on building and maintaining overhead distribution lines, with travel to various job sites as needed.

The role involves climbing structures, operating line equipment, and performing live-line work with safety as the priority. Availability for outages and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant field experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners and pullers.
• Climb structures and work at heights in varying conditions.
• Work outages, storms and on-call rotations as required.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
