Job summary
Caterpillar's Electric Power Division is seeking an Electric Power Aftermarket Sales Representative based in Irving, TX. You will partner with dealers and business leaders to fuel aftermarket growth and enhance customer satisfaction, driving key initiatives like CVA adoption, eCommerce performance, and digital services engagement.
This role emphasizes customer focus, industry knowledge, and value selling, with travel up to 75% and a company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong product knowledge of electric power solutions, including generator sets (gensets).
- Proven experience building and managing customer and dealer relationships to drive sales and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive Electric Power aftermarket sales performance with Southern District Caterpillar dealers.
- Identify, prioritize and execute actions to reach yearly growth targets.
- Meet with customers to discuss aftermarket needs, Cat repair options, and services.
- Grow CVA coverage and revenue with EP customers via CVA frameworks and offerings.
- Increase dealer sales of parts and services through eCommerce and digital services.
