As a Senior Sales Support Consultant, you will provide commercial leadership and specialized expertise to support the growth and success of Caterpillar's Electric Power business. Working closely with regional sales teams, dealers, and customers, you will develop and implement value-based solutions that strengthen Caterpillar's competitive position and accelerate business growth. This role provides centralized commercial expertise, supports complex sales opportunities, develops capability across the dealer network, and leads strategic initiatives that advance both short-term business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
Serve as a sales and commercial support specialist for regional sales teams focused on dealer growth within Electric Power, providing commercial coordination and project execution supporting reps, dealers, and customers.
Deliver commercial process improvement projects to the regional sales teams to grow sales to user revenue through dealers.
Define and manage annual dealer performance metrics and consult with regional sales teams for successful outcomes.
Lead annual business planning and target setting for EPD commercial goals.
Standardize processes across supply chain, order fulfillment, and invoicing activities.
Serve as a senior consultant on the team to mentor, influence, and coach other team members with a customer focus in a culture of continuous learning.

Level Working Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in a business concentration including marketing, business administration, economics, finance, and related fields from an accredited university. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Demonstrated experience in power generation, energy systems, electrical systems, or related industries.
Experience in field, dealer, customer-facing, analytical, and related sales or commercial roles.
Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and organizations while aligning diverse stakeholders around common objectives.
