Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years in electric utility industry or related field.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices into the requisitioning application and verify remit address, payment amount, terms and PO.
• Enter invoices with proper accounting codes and coordinate with electric delivery teams for accuracy.
• Track errors and support vendor payments with timely processing and reporting.
• Assist in data gathering, reporting and cost tracking for the business unit.
• Support storm restoration and mutual assistance invoicing activities.
