Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• CRM proficiency and advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication and ability to interpret business documents.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with policy and procedure understanding.
• Coordinate data collection with utilities for sales processes.
• Submit pricing requests and relay information to the sales team.
• Utilize in-house tools to process usage requests and analyze historical data.
• Submit IT requests for the sales team and track completion.
• Act as liaison between sales, billing, and finance.
• Handle production support requests and status checks.
• Assist sales with contracts, marketing materials, and document filing.
• Identify process efficiency improvements from sales feedback.
• Create and interpret various Excel spreadsheets.
• Run reports using Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Automate.
