Job summary

City Electric Supply seeks an EDI Coordinator to maintain and optimize electronic data interchange processes across the organization. You will work closely with IT, vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable document exchanges, audits, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities include triaging EDI problems, coordinating testing, and supporting onboarding for new vendors, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvements within a distribution/supply chain context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and overseeing EDI services.
• Experience documenting EDI solutions and maintaining test data.
• Familiarity with commercial procurement procedures.
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between vendors, IT and RGO staff.
• Troubleshoot connection and transfer issues.
• Manage the onboarding process with vendors.
