Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Workforce Development Analyst 2 to manage grants funding employment and training programs across the Commonwealth. You will review documents, guide grantees, and ensure compliance and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teams and partners, handling complex agreements, and providing technical assistance via calls and emails. Telework may be available part-time; standard hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• One year as Workforce Development Analyst 1 or two years of relevant technical work in a workforce development program plus a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Grant Document Creation: Prepare Grant Agreements, Notices of Obligations, MOUs, SOWs, and other key documents.
• Agreement Review: Collect, review, and track grant documentation for accuracy and completion; review awarded projects for grant management.
• Customer Support: Provide guidance to grantees and stakeholders through calls and emails; monitor progress and provide technical assistance.
• Compliance Monitoring: Assess financial documents and reports; ensure costs are allowable and aligned with budgets.
• Project Closeout: Review closeout packages, verify completion, respond to follow-up questions.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings and trainings; prepare activity reports; coordinate with partners.
