Job summary

Maricopa County is seeking a T-Tech Coordinator to support Ballot Replacement sites under the T-Tech Supervisor. You will troubleshoot and maintain Ballot on Demand printers, coordinate scheduling for temporary T- Techs, and assist IT staff with training materials to ensure compliance with state statutes and federal laws.

The role involves coordinating schedules, supporting staff, and maintaining equipment inventories during election cycles, with potential travel within Maricopa County.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of work experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support, or related, similar support.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts all maintenance on Ballot on Demand Printers, including troubleshooting issues, job uploads, re-imaging, and quality control.
  • Coordinates the training and staffing of temporary T-Techs needed for Ballot Replacement Sites to ensure they are current on procedures prior to each election.
  • Uses inventory tracking for outgoing and incoming Ballot Replacement Site equipment, conducts a post-election supply audit, and recommends quantities of supplies for reorder.
  • Works in the Command Center during the election cycle, assisting workers and all temporary tech staff in troubleshooting all technical issues in the field.
  • Distributes T-Tech supplies to staff and maintains inventory of phones, badges, tech bags, printer supplies, and accounts for the return of these items.
  • Coordinates T-Tech schedules.
