The T-Tech Coordinator works under the T-Tech Supervisor to provide assistance and technical support for Ballot Replacement sites at the Maricopa County Recorder's Office. Leveraging knowledge of standard office equipment and software, the T-Tech Coordinator acts as a point of contact for Temporary T-Techs and troubleshooters. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting IT staff, and assisting with the revision and maintenance of training materials to ensure compliance with applicable state statutes and federal laws.
The Maricopa County Recorder's Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents. Our office serves over 2.5 million registered voters as well as 4.4 million residents across Maricopa County. Must be able to work in an indoor office environment. Position may require travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday. Work-related travel is subject to County policies regarding the use of County vehicles and/or private vehicles used in County business. May lift, pull/push up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend and reach to resolve troubleshooting issues.
