The Temporary Trainer oversees arrangements and logistics for training election support staff, assisting with training operations for over 2,000 poll workers across multiple locations. Reporting to the Training Manager, the Temporary Trainer prepares and distributes materials, supports trainers as needed, and, once trained, co-facilitates classes with Elections Trainers.

We Require Two years of experience performing office, administrative, clerical, or training duties
High school diploma or GED
A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
We Also Value Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with administrative and clerical procedures, such as managing files and records Experience supporting election activities or as an election worker Professional verbal and written communication skills Experience presenting information to peer groups, audience-facing, and/or public speaking
