Job summary

The T-Tech Coordinator role at the Maricopa County Recorder's Office provides technical support for Ballot Replacement sites, coordinating schedules and assisting IT staff to ensure compliance with state statutes and federal laws. You will troubleshoot printer-related issues, manage temporary T-Techs, and help revise training materials to keep procedures current.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of work experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support, or related, similar support.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts all maintenance on Ballot on Demand Printers, including troubleshooting issues, job uploads, re-imaging, and quality control.
  • Coordinates the training and staffing of temporary T-Techs needed for Ballot Replacement Sites to ensure they are current on procedures prior to each election.
  • Uses inventory tracking for outgoing and incoming Ballot Replacement Site equipment, conducts a post-election supply audit, and recommends quantities of supplies for reorder.
  • Works in the Command Center during the election cycle, assisting workers and all temporary tech staff in troubleshooting all technical issues in the field.
  • Distributes T-Tech supplies to staff and maintains inventory of phones, badges, tech bags, printer supplies, and accounts for the return of these items.
