Job summary

Wake Technical Community College seeks a Manager of eLearning Support Services to lead the college's LMS support and eLearning Testing Centers, ensuring high-quality online instruction and compliance with accrediting standards.

You will partner with ITS and academic leaders, oversee policy updates, provide training to staff, and help faculty and students use Blackboard and other academic tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, CS or related field.
At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
3 years of experience with online instructional delivery and LMS support.
Experience with Blackboard Learn or similar LMS preferred.
Valid driver’s license as required by college insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for eLearning Support and Testing Centers.
Coordinate online learning initiatives with college leadership.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Develop and administer policies for online learning and testing.
Train and support eLearning staff to assist faculty and students.
Collaborate on faculty professional learning for instructional tech.
Maintain accessible course materials and LMS resources.
Work with ITS on instructional delivery systems and support.
