Responsibilities

• Provide advanced LMS support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Consult with faculty to design accessible, engaging courses using learning tech.
• Promote digital accessibility and WCAG conformance; deliver remediation training.
• Collaborate with IT Help Desk to manage escalated issues and core LMS administration.
• Partner with instructional designers and educators to implement effective tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and guidance for users.
