Job summary

Vanco Faith is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to lead web-based course development, build interactive experiences, and support our headless LMS infrastructure. You will collaborate with Instructional Designers to turn complex concepts into polished digital learning experiences.

You will also maintain front-end code for our online learning platform, create media assets with Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia, and ensure accessibility, responsive layouts, and strong visual design across

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in front-end web development and eLearning development.
Demonstrated LMS experience navigating or customizing enterprise environments.
Portfolio showcasing custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and media editing.
Strong foundation in adult learning theory and complex interactivity design.
Outstanding attention to detail and organized file management.
Portfolio must be submitted with application.

Responsibilities

Lead web-based course development and build high-impact interactivities.
Assist in supporting headless LMS infrastructure and AWS-hosted assets.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to translate concepts into engaging experiences.
Ensure accessibility, responsive layouts, and clean, well-commented code.
Create and maintain visual assets and media using Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia.
Maintain meticulous file organization and standardized naming conventions.
