Job summary

Swingtech is seeking an experienced eLearning-Multimedia Developer to design and build online training using Storyline, Rise, and Captivate, with 508 accessibility and SCORM compliance. You will collaborate with instructional designers and QA, creating multimedia assets and interactive quizzes, while publishing content for LMS delivery and providing ongoing support.

The role requires 3+ years in eLearning development, strong graphic and video editing skills, and experience with LMS/Jira.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related field.
Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline is required.
Experience with Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of triggers and variables to design custom interactivity.
Multimedia development skills including graphics design.
Experience with video editing using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Experience with LMS and SCORM compliance.
Experience with AI tools to improve task efficiency is a plus.
Ability to apply Section 508 accessibility standards.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
At least 3 years of eLearning development experience.
Experience in online curriculum development for adult learners is a plus.
Prior healthcare or government sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools.
Collaborate with instructional designers and QA to convert content into modules.
Create multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
Source graphics from approved providers and create narration.
Develop interactive designs using triggers and variables.
Publish content for LMS upload and provide technical support.
Ensure accessibility per Section 508 and SCORM compliance.
Maintain templates, assets, and style guides for consistency.
Stay current with eLearning tech and propose improvements.
Plan, prioritize, and track work using the PM tool.
