Job summary

Lyntris is a defense technology company seeking an E‑Learning Front‑End Specialist to develop interactive multimedia instruction for government and defense training programs.

You will design standardized Captivate templates, implement HTML5/CSS/JS functionality, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with ISDs, graphic artists, SMEs, and other developers to establish a robust technical framework for courseware production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years developing interactive e-learning or multimedia apps.
• Experience publishing courseware with Adobe Captivate.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SCORM and LMS integration.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles (Section 508/WCAG).
• Ability to create reusable technical solutions and templates.
• Strong collaboration with ISDs and SMEs.
• US citizenship with active clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Captivate courseware frameworks and components.
• Enforce standardized UI, navigation, and typography across projects.
• Translate customer and Navy style requirements into technical implementations.
• Develop custom functionality using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript when needed.
• Configure Captivate variables, actions, and logic for interactivity.
• Publish and maintain reusable development frameworks and publishing procedures.
