Job summary

Lyntris is seeking a front-end development and e-learning specialist to translate technical requirements into reusable Captivate templates and components. You will work with ISDs, graphic artists, SMEs, and other developers to establish the technical framework for instructional content.

Responsibilities include designing standardized Captivate frameworks, enforcing UI consistency, and ensuring accessibility and SCORM compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing interactive e-learning or multimedia applications.
• Experience publishing courseware with Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Captivate courseware frameworks and templates.
• Enforce standardized UI, navigation, and presentation across Captivate projects.
• Translate customer and project requirements into technical implementations.
• Configure Captivate variables, actions, and advanced functionality.
• Collaborate with ISDs, SMEs, and designers to produce content.
• Maintain documentation and publishing procedures for Captivate.
