Partner Company, a remote-focused provider of online learning for a global coaching audience, seeks an experienced Instructional Designer.

You will audit existing courses, redesign with Articulate Rise 360, develop new courses, and advise on instructional strategy, assessments, and content structure. This fully remote contract offers flexible daily scheduling and creative ownership over course architecture.

Formación

• At least five years of instructional design experience with a minimum of three years of hands-on Articulate Rise 360 experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Demonstrated experience auditing and redesigning existing courses, plus excellent written communication skills.
• Fully remote contract opportunity with flexibility in managing project deliverables and daily schedule.
• Creative ownership over instructional strategy and course architecture.
• Professional development in digital education and Articulate Rise 360.
