Salemtowne in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer nursing care in a skilled nursing community under supervision. You will assess residents, monitor conditions, provide wound care, administer medications, and educate residents and caregivers.

You will also support bathing, feeding, and ADL assistance while upholding resident rights. The role requires NC RN licensure, CPR certification, and a state-approved nursing program graduate.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Fosters patient- and family-centered care through education and communication.
