Salemtowne in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support clinic operations and resident comfort. You will perform personal care tasks, document care in the electronic health record, and assist with meals and transportation as needed.

The role requires a NC CNA certification, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED. You will uphold privacy, safety, and Salemtowne's values while collaborating with nurses and providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• NC CNA certification with no substantiated reports on the state registry.
• CPR certification by Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Assist in clinic operations and promote resident comfort and confidence.
• Provide personal care per care plan (bathing, grooming, assistance with feeding, ambulation, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Document care in electronic health records for each resident.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation (Home Care only).
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Triage requests by consulting the Nurse Supervisor or Physician.
• Follow safety standards and legal regulations.
• Support Salemtowne’s mission and values.
• Adhere to policies and report concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
