Job summary

Salemtowne in Winston Salem, NC seeks a Clinical Lead (LPN or RN) to coordinate the clinic and clinical team. You will oversee nursing services, delegate duties, and contribute to resident care planning under the Director of Nursing.

You will participate in interdisciplinary teams and ensure safety, quality outcomes, and timely communications with residents and families. This is a full-time on-site role requiring licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN or LPN licensure.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services within households or rehab unit.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff and household team.
• Develop and update the plan of care for residents.
• Ensure timely call bell response and participation in on-call schedule.
• Communicate with residents, families and the nursing leadership.
