Salemtowne in North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support clinic operations and resident care. You will perform personal care per care plans, document care in the EHR, and assist with transport and meals where applicable.

The role requires NC CNA certification and CPR, along with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to uphold dignified, patient-centered care for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification and NC registration with no substantiated reports.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care per care plan (bathing, hygiene, mobility, feeding, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Document care delivered in the electronic health record for residents/patients.
• Assist with meals when applicable (home care only).
• Transport residents to appointments and use Salemtowne transportation when needed.
• Triages requests with Nurse Supervisor or Physician and ensures safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment consistent with organizational policies.
• Support mission and values by delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
