Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) degree from an accredited institution.
• North Carolina CNA Certification with no substantiated reports on the state registry.
• CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service to clients/residents, families, providers, insurers, vendors, and others.
• Provide personal care per care plan (bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility, feeding support, toileting, linen care) and assist with transportation.
• Document care delivered in the electronic health record for each resident and patient.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals (Home Care only).
• Protect residents' rights by maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA procedures.
• Report resident needs by consulting the Nurse Supervisor or Physician.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with regulations.
• Support Salemtowne’s mission, vision and values.
