Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with two years of experience.
• Experience handling high risk/crisis situations and case management or behavioral health preferred.
• Flexibility for on-call, after-hours, and weekend coverage.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; professional in confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews intake reports on elder abuse and coordinates protective services.
• Responds to emergencies with supervisory support and conducts investigations.
• Evaluates elder needs, resources, and functional capacity; arranges evaluations when needed.
• Facilitates legal actions for protection and guardianship; educates community teams.
• Performs home visits and participates in on-call coverage.
