Competenze

• 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or account management.
• Sales experience in elastomer, rubber, or molded product manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of elastomer engineering principles and related processes.
• Proven success in prospecting, account mapping, and managing extended sales cycles.
• Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to communicate with engineering, manufacturing, operations and customer stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and drive results.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
