Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing/NP I engineering experience.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and production launch.
• Experience developing manufacturing methods, production controls, and documentation.
• Knowledge of rubber manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction and process development for rubber products.
• Define manufacturing processes, equipment needs, and production controls.
• Develop and transfer products into production with cross-functional teams.
• Support phase gates, risk reviews, and documentation for launches.
• Collaborate with design engineering for manufacturability and cost optimization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process validation.
