Job summary

Amcor is seeking an EHS Manager to proactively manage environmental, health and safety programs to ensure a safe workplace and regulatory compliance. The role involves designing and administering safety systems, coaching teams, and serving as the liaison with federal, state and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will lead safety trainings, manage OSHA/EPA compliance, oversee incident reporting, and coordinate with site leadership to minimize environmental impact while supporting business

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Identifies hazardous conditions within the plant and recommends corrective measures.
• Investigates incidents and prepares presentations for losses.
• Organizes and oversees safety training and onboarding.
