Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety at the Hillsboro facility. You will implement programs, lead hazard reduction, and drive ISO and EMS initiatives to reduce risk and environmental impact.

You will collaborate with plant leadership and Home Office management to maintain compliance and improve safety performance. You will maintain records, coordinate trainings, and champion a strong safety culture across teams, ensuring OSHA and EPA compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or related field; 4+ years in EHS.
• Experience with safety programs and ISO/EMS coordination.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance records and permits.
• Lead ISO certification and EMS activities.
• Administer OSHA training and safety programs.
• Coordinate safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and Home Office management.
