Job summary

Clarios is seeking an experienced EHS leader to oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety operations at our Tampa, Florida site. You will partner with plant management and regional teams to implement global and site EHS standards, drive a principled EHS culture, and lead safety initiatives across daily operations.

Responsibilities include managing PPE programs, hazard controls, ISO-aligned systems, incident investigations, and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years in an Environmental, Health & Safety leadership role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS operations at the Tampa, FL site and partner with plant management to ensure compliance with global, regional, and plant standards.
• Lead EHS programs (PPE, hazard controls) and maintain ISO-compliant management systems in collaboration with Quality.
• Conduct incident investigations, manage workers' comp reviews, contractor safety, and deliver ongoing EHS training.
