Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support the facility's EHS functions, focusing on ISO 14001 environmental program administration and regulatory compliance. You will help implement safety and environmental initiatives, manage training, and assist with incident investigations and hazard mitigation.

Collaborate with the EHS Manager to drive audits, metrics, and continuous improvement, promoting a strong EHS culture across production,

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management.
• Ability to read, interpret and communicate in English.
• AS degree in health & safety or environmental is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer ISO 14001 environmental procedures and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and submit data for reports.
• Develop and implement sustainability projects.
• Lead internal and third-party audits and reviews.
• Assist EHS Manager with training, incident investigations and metrics.
