Job summary

The Tampa site of Clarios, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS leader to oversee Environmental, Health and Safety operations. You will partner with plant management and regional EHS teams to implement site-specific standards, systems, and tools and act as the subject matter expert for EHS programs on the plant floor.

You will drive risk identification, corrective actions, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring OSHA and ISO 14001/45001 compliance across operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an Environmental, Health & Safety leadership role in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and 45000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS operations at The Tampa site and partner with plant leadership to implement EHS standards, systems, and tools.
• Develop and execute site-specific operational and EHS strategies with regional experts and operations teams.
• Lead EHS programs including incident investigations, PPE management, and maintenance of ISO-compliant management systems.
