Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the plant's environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations at the production facility.

You will manage OSHA records, coordinate ISO activities, train teams, conduct inspections and incident investigations, and collaborate with Home Office EHS to drive continuous improvement. Applicants should have a 4+ year degree and strong leadership, with Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Studies or related field is required.
• 4+ years of related EHS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and ISO familiarity is desirable.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance records and reporting for the plant.
• Lead EHS committee activities and ISO coordination efforts.
• Manage OSHA logs, workers’ compensation processes, and return‑to‑work programs.
• Conduct safety meetings and regular facility inspections to identify hazards.
• Develop and deliver OSHA training and safety programs for staff.
